This Privacy Policy is bound by Australian privacy legislation, including the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) as set out in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), the Privacy Amendment (Enhancing Privacy Protection) Act 2012 and the Australian Privacy Principles ('APPs');

The purpose is to inform you of how Precision Computer manages, collects, uses, processes, and discloses your Personal Information. It also sets out your rights about accessing the information we hold about you.

The purpose of collecting & holding information:

• Enable us to provide products or services to you;
• Managing and Administering your account, including all purchases, product tracking, deliveries, returns, exchanges and warranty claims;

• We are providing customer support on our products& services.

• Holding information such as resumes relating to prospective employment opportunities for three months should an opportunity be available.

What happens if we are unable to collect your Personal Information?

There is no obligation to provide any information requested by us. In which case, we may be unable to provide you with the goods& services dependent on the collection of that information.

Cookies

If we receive Personal Information about you, we have not requested or taken steps to come to know in such cases. We will only hold onto such information where the information is necessary for our dealings with you. If we determine that the information received is not relevant to our relationship, we will take adequate steps to de-identify or destroy the information as soon as practical.
